All purchases made on TrapcityRP, including virtual currency, in-game items, and any other digital goods, are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital goods, in accordance with the nature of digital content, which is non-refundable once delivered or used.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that these goods are intangible, non-returnable, and cannot be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order before completing your purchase.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username, password, and any other details related to your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are also responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the game servers, accounts, or other services hence why the unban service has been applied.
  • Engaging in cheating, exploiting bugs, or using any unauthorized third-party software or modifications in the game (Character wipe).
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of TrapcityRP.
  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations while using our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms.

6. User-Generated Content

You may have the ability to submit, upload, or create content within the TrapcityRP platform, such as usernames, images, or other media. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting content, you grant TrapcityRP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to submit content that violates any laws, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or contains harmful or offensive material.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and services available on TrapcityRP, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of TrapcityRP or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrapcityRP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the services, even if TrapcityRP has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
